What are the payment options?
Infiniti Crafting Co. accepts most major credit cards and Paypal. As of October 2023, we also accept Google Pay.
How do I get my digital downloads?
File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Buyers will receive links to download their Digital products in the Thank You page of the Checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.

Shipping Policy
Infiniti Crafting Company uses the United States Postal Service to ship all physical orders. Upon placing order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email provided at the checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check the email address associated with your order, check your Spam/Trash folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Your parcel will ship out within 5 - 7 business days.
As of December 2022, Infiniti Crafting Company ships handmade, ceramic pottery. Ceramics require extra security in shipping to ensure you receive your product in one piece. Shipping charges are reflective of added materials.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive automated email confirmation with a postal tracking number. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Once the parcel ships and has been handed to post office, it is no longer in my control. I am not responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information caused by customer nor costs or damage related to these errors.
Infiniti Crafting Company cannot reimburse orders that were delivered to the wrong address by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding.
Likewise, Infiniti Crafting Company cannot fulfill physical orders outside of the US at this time. Digital orders can be fulfilled worldwide ( Hey Craftepreneur! pattern members' club, patterns, other PDFs.)
What is your return policy?

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
I work hard to fulfill orders as expediently and efficiently as possible. It is likely that your order has already been processed for shipping after the above time frame and I am unable to issue refunds at that point.
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. As I do not accept returns or exchanges, if the item is not damaged, please consider donating it to a charity.

In general, I do not take custom orders or color requests.

Dye lots in newer items may vary from the original product photos. The actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor. I edit the photos to show the samples as realistically as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the colors you see accurately portrays the true colors of the product.
