After waiting hours for a response, I never got one. So my options from there were to either wait 3 months for the strike to expire or file a counter notification. Mind you, because of their terms, I can't demand punitive damages from any losses due to this so, I set out to counter notice because that only takes 10 days. For now, I only pray that it gets retracted.

Hello Crafties! It's been an adventurous few weeks for sure but I'm glad to be here with you all again. Through the years, I've been aware of a certain event in my city with mounting interest. Every April, we have the Midwest Fiber Festival at the end of April and either my schedule or my memory fails me every time. Whoops! I remember in 2023 having the inkling to teach a crochet class there but ultimately, I ended up publishing The Ultimate Beginner Crochet Course instead.

It's been about 2 years since I streamed anywhere. It's always been an awkward format for me but I sort of like it! I didn't have a lot of expectations for an unannounced Saturday stream but it still turned out pretty cool. By the end of it, I'd had 32 passers through and had reach 8 concurrent viewers! Again, not too bad for an impromptu weekend stream.

The question was surrounding creativity and how to find it, as to not have to rely on patterns all the time in the fiber arts. And honestly, I felt like I could have dived so much deeper on this topic but, for the sake of simplicity, thinking creatively isn't that hard. Don't give me that look.
