Hello Crafties!
Yes, I know it's not March anymore but this order was a burst of dopamine for me and Tina, the shop owner & dear friend, deserves all the love! A few months ago, I was having a rough go and decided to do some retail therapy. It'd been going on three years since I did a yarn haul so the girl math was mathing, you know?
I've been a fan of Tina's yarns for some years. My first order from here was two skeins of 'A Love

Bizzare' on her Triple Goddess Sock base. It was such a joy winding that into a ball 😤. I generally love the texture of it as it's very soft and the squish factor is very high. I'd gotten that yarn right before I started slowing down production but it's slated for a lovely pair of spring socks.
The Triple Goddess Sock yarn is a fingering weight that is a 3-ply 100% superwash merino and you get 490yds per hank.
This time, I was planning on going back for some other favorite colorways but this lady has been on a roll this year with new colors and I hardly knew where to begin!
Eventually, I made some big girl decisions and picked three colors; 1 has been on my radar for a long time, the other 2 were new and too irresistible to leave alone. I got two of each to make my socks with!
Rainbow In The Dark

I got this colorway on the Triple Goddess base which is a sock/fingering weight and 100% superwash merino.
You can find this color here.
AquaGoth

I wanted to test out different bases this time! Otherwise I become a creature of habit 😅. This is Awenydd's Ursa Major base which is one of a few worsted yarns offered. I love the squishy/sponginess of this. While it is 100% superwash merino as well, it almost feels like a cashmere.
This hank contains 218yds.
You can find this color here.
Luck O' The Irish

Yeah, I did my haul the weekend before St. Patrick's Day 😂. Green has become a new favorite color of mine in the recent years and when this popped up in my feed... let's just say this color is the reason I went yarn shopping. It is stunning and no camera does it justice! I got this one on the Triple Goddess base also!
You can find this color here.
The Freebies 🥺
I was not expecting the little stash of freebies in this order but it was a sweet extra touch that had me kicking my feet.

The Matching Mini
That shimmery green baggie was a 100yd mini in a lush sparkly green on her ' The Queen's Sock' base.

Composition: 75/20/5 superwash merino/ nylon/gold stellina
Regular hank: 438 yards
I asked Tina and this is a base that is regularly stocked for her! I don't know about you but anything sparkly catches my attention. I cannot wait to use this for the heels on my Luck O' the Irish socks!
The Stickers

When I saw the sunflower stickers, I made a very dark Van Gogh joke in my head and we'll keep it that way. 😅
These are so pretty and well made! I think my favorite one is the stained glass cat. I need to figure out what to do with my sticker collection at this point. Maybe I should make a dedicated sticker journal? 🤔
Metal Kitty Knitting Stitch Markers

It's funny how I was just thinking about new stitch markers a few days before I got this package. And wouldn't you know? She read my mind. The best part is, they're made out of metal and will make a little clink if you drop one. Long story, short? I'm going to have these forever!
Tina always hand writes a thank you note in her orders and I don't know about you, but that always warms my heart. This one was signed by her and her boss (her sweet cat Groucho) which made the whole thing so much cuter!
If you're in the market, go support this fantastic indie dyer! If you're not, go follow her on social media for a burst of color in your feed.
Happy Making!
