As a request, this 5 minute video shows how I draw eyes. It's not really a difficult process; Once you get the general shapes down, the realism starts to come out in the shading process. Controlling the pressure of the pencil is important here so if possible, use a harder lead, like an H2, for the drawing process and use a softer lead for adding final touches.
